How is the poster, the seller is obliged to negotiate with the first offer received several offers to send "The better and better," or to accept even a full price offer.

Normally, if you receive multiple offers, it is usually in the best interest of the seller for all offers for "better and better, but not mandatory. Perhaps your agent has been informed by the applicant that is related, what would happen, but when the unit was to receive 2 tent soooo happy with her, she was accepted on the spot.

They have no legal recourse, as I know, in this case. There are many properties for sale, try to find as good or better in the corner. :)

Good luck.

There is no legal basis for his claim. Providers are not obliged to make arrangements for all parties concerned can make an offer. If providers were very satisfied with the offer, they are perfectly entitled to accept them on the spot.

If you had made an offer, it could be that you had accepted the offer.
